About the Role
Family Qualimore is seeking a hardworking and reliable Farm Worker to join our agricultural team in Ogbese, Akure North, Ondo State. You will play a vital role in our vegetable farming operations, contributing to all aspects of crop production from land preparation through harvest. Key Responsibilities- Prepare land and create planting beds
- Plant and nurture vegetables including tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers
- Manage watering and irrigation systems
- Conduct weeding and maintain field sanitation
- Apply fertilizers and implement crop protection measures
- Monitor crops for pests and diseases
- Harvest, sort, and pack produce for distribution
- Load and unload farm materials and equipment
- Maintain farm tools, equipment, and facilities
- Maintain farm records and assist with inventory management
- Support supervisors with additional farm-related tasks
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Previous farming experience is advantageous but not required
- Willingness to learn and adopt modern agricultural techniques
- Ability to ride a tricycle (preferred)
