Key Responsibilities- Operate factory machinery, hand tools, and assembly line equipment to manufacture, assemble, and process goods efficiently according to production targets and safety guidelines.
- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products meticulously during the production process to identify and remove any defects.
- Ensure strict adherence to company quality control standards and maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
- Load, unload, and sort raw materials, components, and finished goods, moving them safely between storage areas and the active production line.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and shift supervisors to meet daily manufacturing schedules and productivity goals.
- Comply strictly with all workplace safety regulations, wearing required protective gear and reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Interested candidates must possess a Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) qualification.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is required.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and operating standard warehouse or factory equipment.
- Ability to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and lift heavy materials safely.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
