About the Role
Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking reliable, disciplined, and hardworking individuals to join our client's production team as Factory Workers in Agbara, Ogun State. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day manufacturing and processing operations while strictly adhering to safety and production standards to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily production, manufacturing, and factory operations as assigned.
- Follow instructions and established production procedures carefully and accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment on the production floor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production delays immediately.
- Work flexible shift schedules (Day or Night) and undertake overtime when required.
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, food-processing, or agricultural-processing environment is an advantage.
- Additional skills in tailoring or mechanical repairs will serve as a strong added advantage.
- Exceptional discipline, punctuality, and a strong commitment to reliable attendance.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads.
- Must reside in Agbara, Ogun State, or its immediate environs to easily commute for shift work.
