About the Role
Martglobal Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-quality polytene materials with over 10 years of industry experience, committed to delivering sustainable and innovative polyethylene-based products. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Factory Storekeeper to manage our inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the proper storage and timely issuance of production materials.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming factory materials and supplies.
- Maintain precise inventory records, physical stock balances, and ledger entries.
- Issue materials efficiently to production and other relevant departments as requested.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure proper organization, labeling, and optimal housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
- Monitor stock thresholds closely and report reorder requirements to management.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory, usage, and stock movement reports on a regular basis.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Officer, or similar role.
- Prior working experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of modern inventory management and stock control best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational abilities, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail.
