About the Role
Sales Force Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee all factory production and maintenance operations. In this critical leadership role, you will ensure low downtimes, optimal production planning, and maximum efficiency through the effective management of workforce and materials to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of all factory operations and supervise the entire workflow to meet deliverables.
- Ensure scheduled maintenance of all machinery to forestall breakdowns and work with production engineers to fix machine errors.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to draw up production schedules according to demand and inventory levels.
- Establish operating and quality standards, production processes, and monitor rotational or injection molding processes for defects.
- Supervise and evaluate factory personnel performance, identify training needs, and execute staff development programs.
- Ensure comprehensive inventory management, accurate resource allocation, and strict adherence to industry standards and consumer safety laws.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) or HND in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience, preferably within a plastics and cable manufacturing company.
- Maximum age of 55 years with a strong background in organized manufacturing systems and procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership, people management skills, high integrity, and target-oriented work ethic.
- Must be available for an in-person physical interview prior to engagement.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N500,000 to N1,000,000.
