About the Role

We are seeking to hire a Lead, Financial Advisory to direct our financial advisory business, serving as a key advisor to clients on complex corporate finance, infrastructure, and development projects across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Originate, structure, and execute large complex financial transactions including M&A, capital raising, debt restructuring, and private equity.
- Lead high-level negotiations, providing strategic advice on deal structuring, pricing, risk-sharing, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the preparation of advanced financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, and comprehensive feasibility studies.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing advisory team while establishing best-in-class execution frameworks.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, investors, development finance institutions, and government agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Mandatory professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value transactions and deep expertise in advanced financial modeling and valuation.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian regulatory frameworks including SEC, NSE, and NAICOM guidelines.
