We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility & Security Officer to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless, safe, and efficient operation of our world-class facilities in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective maintenance and smooth operation of all company facilities, buildings, equipment, and infrastructure to minimize downtime.
  • Manage security personnel and systems, including access control, to safeguard employees, visitors, and company assets.
  • Implement safety and security policies, conduct regular safety inspections, and mitigate potential workplace hazards in compliance with regulations.
  • Support the safety team in executing emergency response plans for fires, spills, or medical incidents.
  • Oversee canteen operations to maintain high standards of food service quality and hygiene.
  • Manage environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste management and pollution prevention measures.
  • Track company asset lifecycles, manage workstation allocations, and produce employee ID cards.
  • Maintain accurate records, update SharePoint documentation, and ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • First degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in facility management, security, and safety operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of facility management best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant facility management software.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
