We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Operator to join our dynamic team and help maintain the physical infrastructure of our growing operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain facility equipment, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate prompt repairs and preventative maintenance schedules with internal teams and external contractors.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations across all facility areas.
- Manage inventory of facility maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts.
- Respond swiftly to facility-related emergencies, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance requests during operational hours.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and facility inspections.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Facility Operator, Maintenance Technician, or similar role within the food, hospitality, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of general maintenance processes, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
