About the Role
Efficacy Construction Company, a leading player in Nigerian real estate, building construction, and project management, is looking for a proactive Facility Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of our properties, ensuring seamless daily operations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients and residents within the vibrant Ibeju-Lekki axis of Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, routine maintenance, and repairs across designated residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve maintenance complaints promptly, and maintain positive tenant relations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential hazards, maintenance needs, or compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and facility expenses.
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Civil Engineering, or any related construction or industry-related discipline.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Strong customer service and client management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting.
- Outstanding organizational, leadership, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Must currently reside within the Ibeju-Lekki axis or immediate environs in Lagos.
