About the Role
Ecofitnesshub Limited, a rapidly growing fitness brand with premier locations in Lagos and Abuja, is looking for a dedicated and proactive Facility Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our fitness centers, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our valued members and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily facility operations and conduct regular inspections of gym equipment, workout zones, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and manage timely repairs of infrastructure and fitness equipment.
- Supervise cleaning and security personnel to guarantee adherence to top-tier hygiene, safety, and diligence standards.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor facility inventory, track maintenance records, and manage the timely replenishment of operational supplies.
- Address member and staff facility-related complaints promptly to maintain an optimal fitness experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in facility supervision, preferably within the gym, hospitality, or service industries.
- Strong working knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with management systems or CRM tools is an added advantage.
