About the Role
Rayfield Medical Services Ltd is a trusted private healthcare institution committed to delivering quality, affordable, and patient-centered medical care in Plateau State, Nigeria. Established in 2013, the hospital operates as a licensed secondary healthcare facility providing 24-hour medical services to individuals, families, and communities. We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Officer to join our dynamic operations team and maintain the highest standards of facility management across our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily hospital facility operations and ensure all infrastructure is in optimal working condition.
- Monitor and maintain reliable water supply systems and electrical utility support throughout the facility.
- Oversee sanitation standards, waste management, and general upkeep of the hospital environment.
- Liaise with external technicians and internal teams for prompt equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure compliance and readiness for emergency services.
- Minimum of Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE); an OND or NCE in a related field will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong organizational skills for managing multiple facility tasks.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with staff, patients, and service vendors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to swiftly address maintenance issues and emergencies.
