About the Role
Ecofitnesshub Limited is a fast-growing, premier fitness brand established in 2021 with modern branch networks across Nigeria's major cities, Lagos and Abuja. We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Officer to join our dynamic team and ensure our facilities maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring all fitness equipment, utilities, and infrastructure are in optimal working condition.
- Supervise cleaning and security personnel, ensuring high standards of hygiene and diligent duty execution across all areas.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for prompt repairs.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, maintaining accessible emergency protocols.
- Monitor facility assets, manage inventory supplies, and maintain accurate records of servicing activities.
- Address member and staff facility-related complaints promptly to foster a welcoming and safe environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in facility supervision, preferably within the gym, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, health and safety procedures, and equipment asset management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or management systems.
