About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Facility Manager to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our corporate and operational facilities to the highest standards, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive environment for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building infrastructure.
  • Manage alternative power solutions such as solar installations, inverters, and heavy-duty battery backup systems to guarantee uninterrupted business operations.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and conduct routine inspections of all facility equipment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure prompt repairs and cost-effective maintenance services.
  • Ensure full compliance with Nigerian health, safety, and environmental regulations across all company facilities.
  • Manage facility budgets, track maintenance expenses, and identify opportunities for operational cost reduction.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in facility management, preferably within the commercial, hospitality, or fitness sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and comprehensive building management systems.
  • Hands-on familiarity with alternative and renewable power solutions, including solar systems, inverters, and advanced battery banks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication in English.
