Key Responsibilities- Oversee the comprehensive maintenance, safety, and functionality of all school buildings, equipment, and utilities.
- Coordinate regular facility inspections, timely repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and manage external service providers.
- Supervise technical and facility support staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the campus.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to educational facilities.
- Manage facility-related budgets, inventory, and procurement of necessary maintenance supplies.
- Relevant educational qualifications, professional certifications, or extensive practical experience in facility management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing school or commercial facilities is a distinct advantage.
