Key Responsibilities- Handle export-related processes seamlessly on the Nigeria Export Proceeds (NXP) platform, ensuring timely processing and regulatory approvals.
- Prepare, review, and manage comprehensive export documentation under Letters of Credit (L/C) to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments for efficient booking, scheduling, and cargo movement.
- Interface with commercial banks and regulatory bodies for foreign exchange processing, payment tracking, and proceeds repatriation.
- Process and obtain Certificates of Origin and other necessary compliance certifications tailored to destination country requirements.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready export records and generate regular performance reports using company ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in export operations, shipping, or international trade.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of the NXP platform, Nigerian export regulations, and banking procedures.
- Expertise in handling L/C processes and international shipping documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
