We are currently looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence, engage our target audience, and generate high-quality leads for our luxury properties and infrastructure ventures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies tailored to the Nigerian real estate market.
- Manage all social media channels, creating compelling visual and written content that highlights our construction projects and real estate assets.
- Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive lead generation.
- Monitor digital performance metrics, analyze consumer behavior, and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to promote new property listings and milestones.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in running successful paid social media campaigns and search engine optimization.
- Exceptional copywriting, content creation, and graphic design sensibilities using modern tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in Port Harcourt.
