We are seeking a dynamic and creative Experienced Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our online presence. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in translating our structural engineering and high-value real estate assets into compelling digital narratives that resonate with prospective investors, clients, and homeowners across Nigeria and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Plan and execute engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create high-converting paid ad campaigns to generate qualified leads for real estate developments and construction services.
- Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries promptly, and build lasting relationships with digital audiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and website analytics to optimize campaign performance continually.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to showcase ongoing and completed infrastructural ventures effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, proptech innovations, and social media algorithms.
- Proven professional experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar marketing role, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in running successful social media campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Exceptional copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong familiarity with analytics tools, social media management software, and basic graphic design tools.
- Based in or willing to work from Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
