Key Responsibilities- Counsel applicants on suitable courses and study options while guiding them through the application and placement process.
- Develop and execute monthly marketing plans and strategic recruitment activities to achieve intake targets.
- Market and promote Sunfol partner institutions to prospective students and convert inquiries into registrations within established timelines.
- Collaborate with internal branches and the telesales team to ensure comprehensive support and follow-up for all prospective clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all partner institution courses, materials, and procedures.
- Provide timely and accurate recruitment reports and assist university delegates during official visits.
- Possession of an undergraduate degree or proven equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated background in a customer-facing or administrative role, with marketing experience being a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with the international higher education sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
