We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Housekeeper to maintain our high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Every space in our property is composed for unhurried mornings and meaningful guest experiences, and your role will be vital in ensuring our rooms and common areas remain immaculate, welcoming, and reflective of our luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest suites, rooms, and public areas in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
- Change linens, make beds, restock guest amenities, and ensure all room features are in pristine condition.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly to management.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints courteously and efficiently with a customer-first mindset.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines across all assigned duties.
- Proven practical experience working as a housekeeper, preferably in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Neat, well-presented appearance with a strong customer-friendly attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.
