About the Role
Teestone Hotels & Apartments is a premier modern boutique hotel located in the peaceful neighborhood of Ikeja, just minutes away from the Murtala Muhammed International Airport. We are currently seeking a dedicated and Experienced Hotel Security Personnel to join our professional safety team and uphold our high standards of guest security and asset protection.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol the hotel premises, parking areas, guest floors, and perimeter entrances regularly to deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and access points proactively to identify and prevent potential security risks.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, guest disturbances, medical emergencies, and fire alarms with calm professionalism.
- Enforce hotel security policies, verify visitor identities, and manage access to restricted zones.
- Conduct routine checks of fire safety equipment, emergency exits, doors, and windows.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily security operations, incidents, and suspicious activities.
- Collaborate effectively with management and emergency services during critical incidents or evacuations.
- Safeguard hotel property, equipment, and guest belongings while maintaining a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven previous experience in hotel security, corporate security, or law enforcement.
- Relevant security certifications or professional training will be a distinct advantage.
- Physically fit, alert, and capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
