About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance workflows to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate department heads and staff to maintain exceptionally high service standards.
- Monitor budgets, manage revenues, set competitive room rates, and handle comprehensive expense forecasting.
- Resolve escalated guest complaints promptly and enforce robust service recovery protocols to protect brand reputation.
- Ensure facility adherence to all local health, safety, and hospitality regulations in Nigeria.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of proven leadership experience in hospitality and hotel management.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with modern Property Management Systems (PMS) and financial budgeting software.
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian hospitality market and operational standards.
