Teestone Hotel & Apartments is a modern boutique hotel located in the peaceful neighborhood of Ikeja, just 15 minutes from Murtala Muhammed International Airport. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Experienced Hotel Housekeeper to join our dynamic team and ensure our guests enjoy an impeccably clean and welcoming environment during their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and thoroughly sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public spaces according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish complimentary guest room amenities promptly.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures across assigned areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages, and report them immediately to management alongside any lost and found items.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemical supplies are utilized properly and safely stored after use.
- Adhere strictly to hotel health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to any special requests made by hotel guests.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of all registered guests.
- Assist the housekeeping team with scheduled deep-cleaning tasks and special facility projects.
- Proven previous experience working as a housekeeper or cleaner within a reputable hotel or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- Good physical stamina and the capability to perform repetitive manual tasks and lift standard loads.
- Demonstrated positive attitude, absolute honesty, integrity, and reliability.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills for interacting respectfully with guests and staff.
- Flexibility to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
