About the Role
Aiben Properties (AIBEN Investment and Properties Limited) is a prominent Nigerian real estate development and investment company established in 2011, delivering exceptional residential, commercial, and luxury resort developments primarily across Abuja and Lagos. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Technician to join our dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of electrical safety and operational excellence on our project sites.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
- Read and accurately interpret electrical drawings, schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Carry out routine testing, thorough inspections, and precise fault diagnosis of various electrical systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with national electrical codes, safety regulations, and company site standards.
- Collaborate effectively with site engineers, contractors, and other key project stakeholders to achieve seamless execution.
- Identify technical issues promptly and provide practical, cost-effective solutions on-site.
- Assist in project planning, workflow scheduling, and overall site coordination.
- Maintain accurate operational records, daily reports, and comprehensive technical documentation.
- ND or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is an advantage, though not strictly compulsory.
- Proven, demonstrable practical experience in electrical installation and maintenance is the primary requirement.
- Candidates from other academic backgrounds or those without formal education but possessing strong, verifiable hands-on experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
