We are currently seeking passionate, experienced Early Years and Nursery Teachers to join our dynamic team of educators. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, play-based, and interactive lessons tailored to early childhood development stages.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, social interaction, and emotional growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate developmental records and communicating regularly with parents.
- Integrate basic technology and innovative teaching aids into daily nursery routines to foster early tech-savviness.
- Promote positive behavior, instill strong moral values, and ensure the health and safety of all children under your care.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum reviews.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within an Early Years or Nursery setting (minimum of 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong passion for child development with a deep understanding of modern early childhood pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage a vibrant classroom effectively.
- Tech literacy with the ability to utilize digital tools for modern classroom instruction.
