We are currently looking for a talented and dedicated Experienced Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team and help us deliver outstanding dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a wide variety of local and continental dishes to the highest culinary standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage daily food preparation, inventory, and stock rotation.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation before serving.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with hotel policies.
- Previous professional experience working as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is a strong advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.
- Neat, well-presented appearance with a customer-friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Punctual, responsible, and possessing a genuine willingness to learn and adapt.
- Demonstrated relevant practical cooking experience.
