We are currently seeking a dedicated and Experienced Cashier to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and respond promptly to all customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Confirm customer orders, verify item availability, and ensure absolute accuracy in all financial and inventory transactions.
- Log and follow up on all orders to ensure timely processing, accurate billing, and prompt dispatch.
- Work directly with management to build and maintain strong relationships with direct buyers and repeat clients.
- Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to track order statuses, delivery timelines, and resolve any dispatch discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints quickly and professionally, escalating complex issues to administration when necessary.
- Maintain and update an organized customer database, tracking buying patterns, preferences, and feedback.
- Candidates must possess an OND, NCE, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience as a cashier, customer service representative, or in a similar retail role.
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) software and basic record-keeping.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail and food distribution environment.
