We specialize in delivering advanced digital transformation solutions, passive telecommunications infrastructure, artificial intelligence (AI), and business automation. We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team and contribute to our cutting-edge infrastructure and development projects across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the architectural design and development of innovative telecommunications infrastructure and commercial real estate projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure all project designs strictly adhere to local regulatory standards, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Manage comprehensive site supervision, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and project managers to guarantee precision execution.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, schematics, 3D models, and tender documents using industry-standard software.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve on-site technical challenges, and ensure quality control.
- Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies and municipal authorities to secure necessary building permits and approvals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Full professional certification and current licensing with relevant regulatory bodies such as ARCON or COREN.
- Demonstrated experience in project design, comprehensive site supervision, and regulatory compliance within the Nigerian market.
- Strong technical acumen with proficiency in modern architectural design software and digital tools.
