About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance Executive to join our dynamic operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will ensure that all pharmaceutical products are manufactured, tested, and released in strict compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), thereby guaranteeing ultimate product quality, safety, and efficacy for the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines including NAFDAC and WHO standards.
  • Monitor manufacturing and packaging processes closely to ensure ongoing compliance with approved procedures.
  • Participate actively in internal and external audits as well as regulatory inspections.
  • Review batch manufacturing records (BMR), batch packaging records (BPR), and other critical quality documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and control SOPs, specifications, and quality records while ensuring proper documentation practices (GDP) are followed.
  • Perform line clearance before and after production activities and conduct rigorous in-process checks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related science discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
  • Strong, demonstrable knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements such as NAFDAC and WHO guidelines.
  • Extensive experience in documentation review, deviation handling, CAPA, and audit processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of quality management systems, risk management, and validation processes.
