We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive: People to lead our human resources strategy within our logistics division in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning tactical HR initiatives with regional goals to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of regional and capability HR strategies, ensuring seamless integration with overall business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention frameworks in collaboration with Centers of Excellence.
- Drive organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to support business expansion.
- Champion employee engagement, well-being initiatives, and a strong, inclusive company culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, HR governance, and compliance standards across operations.
- Leverage HR analytics and technology to improve data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an HR leadership role within a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, total rewards, and organizational development.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing HR teams.
