About the Role
VDT Communications Limited is a leading provider of turnkey data communication solutions, driving network transformation for enterprises and service providers across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Executive Driver to join our dedicated team and provide safe, efficient transportation services.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport company executives, staff, and authorized visitors to designated destinations in a timely manner.
- Maintain the assigned company vehicle in a clean, pristine, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Plan travel routes carefully, utilizing deep knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic patterns to avoid delays.
- Perform routine vehicle checks, including monitoring fuel, oil, tire pressure, and brake fluid levels.
- Ensure adherence to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Handle official documentation, correspondence, and errands as assigned by management.
- Possession of a valid and current Nigerian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Lagos roads, shortcuts, and major routes.
- Proven professional experience working as a corporate or executive driver.
- Demonstrated qualities of punctuality, trustworthiness, discretion, and a professional demeanor.
- Must currently reside on Lagos Island, as accommodation is not provided by the company.
