We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Director of Financial Advisory to lead the origination and execution of high-value financial transactions, drive business expansion, and provide visionary leadership across our advisory practice in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and successfully execute complex financial advisory mandates across the public sector and other strategic industries.
- Build, nurture, and maintain high-level relationships with government agencies, corporate executives, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end transaction execution including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, project finance, privatizations, and corporate restructurings.
- Drive proactive business development initiatives to expand the firm's advisory portfolio, market share, and revenue streams.
- Provide strategic oversight, mentorship, and guidance to transaction teams while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and corporate governance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of robust experience in financial advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a proven history of leading complex transactions.
- Demonstrated success in originating advisory mandates and managing high-value client relationships within the Nigerian market.
- Deep technical expertise in capital markets, financial modeling, company valuation, equity analysis, and transaction structuring.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills, backed by a strong professional network.
