About the Role
UnoCasa Limited is seeking a visionary and results-driven Executive Director to lead our client organization's next phase of growth and social impact. In this critical leadership role, you will champion our mission, steer strategic direction, and amplify our presence within the community and broader sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership and drive the organization's strategic goals in partnership with the Board of Directors.
- Lead comprehensive fundraising, donor engagement, and revenue-generation initiatives to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
- Develop and cultivate impactful strategic partnerships across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
- Oversee daily operations, program execution, and overall organizational performance.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with all governance, legal, and risk management standards.
- Act as the primary spokesperson and advocate to raise public awareness and visibility.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven team of staff and volunteers.
- Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior nonprofit leadership or executive management role.
- Proven track record of success in fundraising, donor management, and resource mobilization within Nigeria or globally.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating successfully with a Board of Directors.
- Exceptional financial acumen, budgeting skills, and operational oversight capabilities.
