Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Identify systemic inefficiencies and restructure operations to improve patient experience and departmental accountability.
- Drive revenue growth and optimize costs through effective financial management and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with hospital leadership and TIMS management to implement strategic improvements.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on clinical excellence, profitability, and operational success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospital Management, Public Health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
- Verifiable track record of delivering measurable operational and financial results in a healthcare setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hospital finance, revenue cycle management, quality systems, and Nigerian healthcare regulations.
