About the Role

Roundsquare Integrated Services Limited is recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable travel management and destination services company with established operations in ticketing, visa support, holiday packages, protocol services, corporate travel, and customer service delivery. We are seeking a professional, discreet, and highly organized Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO to provide top-tier administrative, scheduling, and correspondence support in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the MD/CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule efficiently.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, meeting packs, reminders, and accurate minutes.
  • Track follow-up actions and pending matters to ensure seamless operational continuity.
  • Draft, format, and proofread professional emails, letters, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Screen and prioritize calls, messages, emails, and requests requiring executive attention.
  • Maintain secure physical and digital filing systems, handling confidential business information with utmost discretion.
  • Follow up with internal staff, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders on assigned directives.
  • Coordinate executive travel, protocol, and logistics arrangements when required.
Qualifications
  • First degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, Mass Communication, English, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Officer, or Office Manager.
  • Prior experience supporting a C-suite executive is a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, virtual meeting tools, and modern task-tracking applications.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
