About the Role

Join the Dangote Group, Africa's most diversified business conglomerate, as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this pivotal role based at our Lagos operational headquarters, you will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to ensure the efficient management of the Executive Office. You will play a crucial part in bridging communication between the CFO, internal departments, and external stakeholders, helping to drive our commitment to operational excellence and cost leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide rigorous calendar management and coordinate complex scheduling for the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Act as the primary liaison for executive support, organizing high-level meetings, events, and related logistics.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly commitments, following up proactively with relevant departments on action items.
  • Manage daily correspondence, prioritizing and escalating urgent, confidential, and critical communications accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business units to support operational activities and serve as a knowledgeable resource for the CFO's office.
  • Analyze operational data and assist in preparing comprehensive reports and documentation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of significant executive support experience, specifically assisting C-level executives.
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Production operations, or similar heavy industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel, and SAP or similar enterprise software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a flawless command of English.
  • Uncompromising integrity, strong attention to detail, and a high degree of professionalism when dealing with board members and senior executives.
