About the Role
Proten International is seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this critical role, you will provide high-level administrative, research, analytical, and presentation support, ensuring the CEO's office operates seamlessly and efficiently. You will act as a primary point of contact, managing complex schedules, high-stakes communications, and international engagements while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, priorities, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and briefing packs.
- Draft and manage emails, letters, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research on partners, sectors, policy developments, and key stakeholders, providing concise briefs.
- Prepare meeting briefs, talking points, speeches, presentations, and Q&A materials for high-level engagements.
- Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and strategic documents for board, donor, and partner meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and track action items to completion.
- Coordinate with senior management to ensure CEO priorities and deadlines are successfully met.
- Handle sensitive organizational and personal information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in executive support, research, strategy, or a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Proven expertise in managing executive calendars, complex travel, and confidential information.
- Exceptional research, analytical, writing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
