We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Accountant to join our growing team. In this dual-capacity role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining financial integrity while ensuring our leadership team operates with maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, maintain, and organize financial and operational data within digital filing systems.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, prepare insightful reports, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and perform account reconciliations.
  • Provide comprehensive executive support by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, compile executive reports, and maintain strict confidentiality regarding company documents.
  • Assist with general office administration and other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience combining bookkeeping, accounting, and executive administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheet applications, and digital record-keeping systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for a professional business environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
