We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Designer to conceptualize, design, and execute unforgettable event experiences ranging from corporate functions and brand activations to weddings and large-scale celebrations.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and develop comprehensive event design themes, mood boards, and spatial layouts tailored to client specifications and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all aesthetic and operational event elements.
- Produce detailed 2D and 3D floor plans, spatial designs, and visual presentations using industry-standard design tools.
- Source and manage relationships with external vendors, decorators, florists, and technical production teams.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends, color theories, and styling techniques to deliver innovative and modern event experiences.
- Manage multiple event projects simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in event design, event styling, or a closely related creative field.
- Proficiency in modern design and spatial planning tools such as CAD, SketchUp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong command of color theory, spatial arrangement, interior styling, and current event industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-facing interpersonal skills.
