About the Role

Prixair, a leading hospitality group comprising hotels, catering, properties, studios, and restaurants, is seeking a talented Event and Campaign Production Officer to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in bringing our brand stories to life through memorable events, product launches, and strategic marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, brand activations, product launches, conferences, and marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive production timelines, detailed budgets, schedules, and operational checklists.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with external vendors, suppliers, venues, creative agencies, and designers.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics including equipment rentals, branding materials, transportation, event staffing, and venue setup.
  • Ensure all campaigns and events are delivered on time, strictly within budget, and aligned with Prixair brand standards.
  • Support the creative development and physical production of marketing and promotional campaign materials.
  • Monitor live event-day execution and proactively resolve any on-site issues quickly and professionally.
  • Track and manage event budgets, vendor invoices, contracts, and all essential production documentation.
  • Evaluate campaign and event performance, gathering metrics to prepare comprehensive post-event reports.
  • Liaise closely with internal teams including Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Operations to guarantee unified execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in event planning, campaign production, or experiential marketing.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a strong track record of managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Outstanding vendor negotiation, budgeting, and logistical coordination abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by event schedules.
