Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons on social etiquette, effective communication, personal grooming, and respectful behavior for classrooms and small groups.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers to seamlessly integrate refinement principles and social skills into daily classroom routines.
  • Observe learners closely, providing constructive feedback on manners, interpersonal interactions, and emotional growth.
  • Organize dynamic role-play activities, interactive workshops, and school events designed to reinforce positive behavior and social confidence.
  • Communicate proactively with families and staff to ensure consistent etiquette expectations between home and school.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of learner progress while actively supporting a positive school culture built on kindness and courtesy.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring children within Early Years and Elementary school settings.
  • Ability to model and teach social etiquette, communication skills, and personal grooming with high cultural sensitivity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, classroom management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing structured lessons or programs supporting social and emotional development.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with young learners, colleagues, and parents.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field; specialized training in etiquette coaching is a strong advantage.
  • Unwavering patience, empathy, and professional integrity when working with diverse student bodies.
