About the Role
Aldelia Limited is seeking an experienced and vigilant Escort Security Coordinator to oversee security escort operations for personnel travelling between sites in the Oil and Gas sector. Based in a high-risk onshore environment in Nigeria, this critical role ensures the safe and efficient movement of staff while maintaining strict adherence to security protocols and human rights standards.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and execute the OML58 Security Escort plan and standard operating procedures.
- Supervise security escort personnel, coordinate deployment, and monitor personnel movements between project sites.
- Conduct bi-weekly security vehicle inspections to ensure all anomalies and equipment issues are swiftly corrected.
- Maintain comprehensive escort task databases, daily activity logs, and incident reporting formats.
- Ensure escort teams comply with the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR).
- Coordinate shuttle escorts and special travel plans for senior staff, making rapid decisions during security breaches.
- Collect, collate, and disseminate timely intelligence and situation reports within host communities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive professional experience in industrial security management.
- Military or police background is a strong added advantage.
