About the Role
Coca-Cola is seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect – People & Culture to own the architectural direction for our P&C function, ensuring a seamless, employee-centric technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture vision and strategy for the People & Culture function across all core platforms.
- Define and enforce architecture principles, data governance frameworks, and integration blueprints.
- Lead transformation initiatives by translating HR, AI, and data trends into actionable, scalable technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to simplify application landscapes, reduce technology debt, and enhance usability.
- Provide architectural assurance for major P&C initiatives, ensuring strong alignment with business and operational outcomes.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within large-scale, complex FMCG or corporate organizations.
- Deep expertise in HR processes spanning the entire employee lifecycle, talent management, rewards, and workforce operations.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP, Cornerstone, Avature, and modern Azure/AI data environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to bridge complex technical integrations and strategic business value.
