Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive daily and weekly lesson plans aligned with school and state curriculum standards
- Assess student learning through grading quizzes, tests, assignments, and homework to track academic progress
- Establish and maintain a safe, calm, and conducive classroom environment with clear expectations and rules
- Monitor and support the physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing of all students
- Maintain regular communication with parents through updates, meetings, and progress reports on student performance
- Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to enhance educational programs and school initiatives
- Pursue continuous professional development through training sessions and modern teaching methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in English or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience
- Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills
- Passion for education and student-centered learning approaches
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
