Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver curriculum-aligned lesson plans covering literary analysis, grammar, syntax, punctuation, and various writing genres including fiction, poetry, and essays.
- Grade student essays, quizzes, and projects regularly, track academic progress, and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning styles and encourages student participation.
- Provide individualized mentorship, guide critical thinking discussions, and prepare students effectively for internal assessments and standardized examinations.
- Collaborate closely with school faculty, maintain accurate attendance and grade records, and conduct productive parent-teacher conferences.
- Participate actively in extracurricular activities, such as sponsoring student clubs, leading literacy events, or organizing educational field trips.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable teaching experience in a recognized academic setting.
