Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English language and literature lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized support to improve academic performance.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
- Design and administer quizzes, tests, and assignments to evaluate students' understanding and mastery of the subject matter.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance educational programs and participate in school events.
- Possession of a B.Ed., B.Sc., or HND in English Education, English Language, Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of verified teaching experience in a structured classroom setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
