In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping students' language proficiency, critical thinking, and overall academic success.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a tidy, organized, and orderly classroom environment conducive to effective learning and student engagement.
- Create, develop, and distribute comprehensive educational content including lesson notes, summaries, and challenging assignments.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress accurately while providing constructive grades and actionable feedback.
- Design interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and promote active student participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to support student development and uphold institutional standards.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Ed. qualification in English Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of active teaching experience in a recognized educational setting.
- Possess excellent communicability, active listening, and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students and parents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage classroom behavior and administrative tasks efficiently.
