Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain a safe, orderly learning space.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student welfare and academic development.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and staff meetings as required.
- Must possess relevant academic qualifications in English Education or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a recognized educational setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about student development with a patient and empathetic teaching approach.
- Ability to engage both day and boarding students effectively.
