Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundational years of our students by fostering a love for learning in a well-prepared Montessori environment.
- Design and implement engaging, child-centered Montessori activities tailored to developmental stages.
- Observe, track, and assess student progress while maintaining detailed developmental records.

- Collaborate effectively with parents, guardians, and fellow educators to support holistic student growth.

- Montessori certification (e.g., Montessori Diploma or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Montessori or early childhood setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of child development for ages 0 to 6 years.
- Patience, creativity, and exceptional observational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with young children and parents.
