Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive English and Literature lessons using contemporary pedagogical methods
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the British Curriculum framework
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation and critical analysis
- Utilize digital tools and technology to enhance learning experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain academic excellence and institutional standards
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Literature, or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven teaching experience
- Deep subject matter expertise with excellent command of English language and literature
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong internet literacy and digital communication skills
- British Curriculum certification is highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
