Key Responsibilities- Assist the lead classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and educational activities
- Provide academic and emotional support to students in assigned classes
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Monitor student attendance, behavior, and progress reports
- Prepare learning materials and teaching aids as directed
- Support students with special learning needs
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development
- Assist with school events, excursions, and extracurricular activities
- Ensure adherence to school policies and safety protocols
- Senior Secondary Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent minimum qualification
- Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education preferred
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
